Tailored Training for Real Results

At K9 Authority, we don't believe in one size fits all training. Every dog is unique, which is why all of our programs are fully tailored to the individual dog and handler.

If you're interested in getting started, we offer a free consultation where our trainer will assess your dog's needs and confirm the most suitable training plan. Whether you're working towards obedience or protection, we'll build a program that gets real results with structure, purpose and clarity at the core.

Our Services

1-1 Obedience Training

Group Training Sessions

Our 1-to-1 obedience training sessions are tailored to your dog’s specific needs and learning pace. Whether you're starting from scratch, refining existing skills, or addressing behavioural challenges, each session is designed to give you focused, practical support.

Sessions are available at our training facility in Knowsley, your home, or a location of your choice (such as a local park), depending on what works best for you and your dog.

Each session lasts around 1 hour and is priced at £60. We work with all breeds and ages, from puppies to adult dogs needing structure, consistency, or behavioural guidance.

Group Training Sessions

In addition to our one-to-one services, we run weekly group training sessions at a local community centre in Knowsley, structured around the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme – Level 1 Bronze Award. The full course runs over 6 weeks, and clients can choose to attend individual sessions or complete the entire program.

Each session is priced at £40 per dog, with a maximum of 10 dogs per group to ensure personalised attention and high-quality instruction. At the end of the course, dogs are assessed by a Kennel Club-approved examiner, and those who pass receive an official rosette and certificate, which can be added to their Kennel Club records.

These classes are ideal for improving everyday obedience, building confidence around other dogs, and earning a nationally recognised training award in a supportive group setting.

With more than 1,500 dogs trained across obedience, protection, and working roles, every program is delivered with tactical clarity, discipline, and purpose.

This approach prioritises reliability, control, and handler-dog communication—developing capable, confident dogs tailored to their role and the lifestyle or mission of their handler.
